What you'll be doing:

  • Client Acquisition: own an active pipeline of leads and generate new revenues, working to your own individual target
  • Design and deliver excellent client proposals
  • Work alongside our client manager to ensure the smooth execution of projects/programmes
  • Develop creative new marketing and PR incentives
  • Work with the Head of Learning and Development to continuously refine the department’s sales and marketing strategy

  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of Windows, MS office and Database management
  • Experience/connections in the Learning & Development sector
  • Experience of working within a cultural or educational / learning environment
  • A strong interest in and/or a relevant degree in one of our subject area(s) (e.g. in the Humanities – English Literature, Philosophy, History, or Psychology)
