What you'll be doing:

We believe in making the world a more emotionally intelligence place. Our books, products and overall international retail business are central to our aims, with a fast-growing team and ambitious growth targets. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our fast-growing team at this exciting time. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the combination of creativity and a very strong brand, and marketing/ sales targets and analysis. Our ideal candidate will be strong at both managing a team to deliver against fast-growing online retail targets (for $, £ and EUR eEcommerce sales), but also be talented at thinking creatively and flexibly about how to drive awareness of our brand (and our key business areas– Retail, Business, Programme/ Therapy, International).  

What's to love: They have over 3 million YouTube subscribers, a thriving international ecommerce store, and an engaged audience at their classes and big events around the world. They’re a fast-moving, innovative organisation with world-changing ambitions.

What they'll love:

  •  The right candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally with a strong background in B2C ecommerce and digital marketing for an online retailer (with a strong visual brand identity).
  • We are looking for someone excited about a data-driven customer-focused marketing plan that drives monthly sales/ marketing targets and increases conversion rates, who is also be brilliant at coming up with brand awareness and B2C and B2B partnership ideas.
  • The right candidate will be comfortable discussing our marketing at a strategic level, as well as rolling their sleeves up and working closely with the team on any issues that come up (from website issues and bugs to customer data and analytics).
