What you'll be doing: ● Overseeing and executing on all HR initiatives, projects and systems implementation ● Build, improve and implement people-related processes to deliver a great employee experience. Identify opportunities to improve engagement and provide training, performance management and professional development to our people. ● Ensuring that all people based processes and programmes are well created and executed ● Working closely with the leadership team while ensuring that strategic People Ops goals and projects are aligned with overall business strategy and facilitate delivery against specific, measurable business goals. ● Maintaining and updating appropriate policies and processes in relation to all people operations. Maintaining appropriate and necessary records, contracts, and other documents and reviewing them periodically. Ensuring all legal requirements relating to people operations are adhered to. ● Deliver best in class hiring process: promoting the company as an attractive employer, and actively supporting the hiring managers in attracting and placing top talent (e.g. defining open vacancies, preparing JDs, finding candidates, assisting with initial screening and overseeing a consistent and timely recruitment process). ● Promoting an environment and behaviours which closely align to the culture and values of the business and creating initiatives that drive continuous improvements to the environment that we create for our employees ● Build out and guide the people operations function as the company grows

What they'll love: ● 3+ years of experience in HR/ People Ops, including specific experience in recruitment or running a successful talent acquisition process ● A strategic thinker with a pragmatic and process-driven approach and a willingness to be hands-on and get things done ● High emotional intelligence with strong problem resolution skills ● Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence; ● Demonstrated success with driving and managing organisational change management with positive results ● You can think on your feet as well as contribute to long term strategy. You are comfortable with ambiguity at times, prefer to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on creative problem solving and taking action ● Excellent communication skills ● You’re ambitious; this role is a stepping stone for you to reach your goal of becoming a People leader It’s a bonus if you have: ● Experience of working in a startup environment; beneficial if you've been a part of a rapidly scaling team ● CIPD qualification
