Job title: Jobs – Regional Marketing Lead for APAC

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead planning (Quarterly > Annual) and evaluation for the region.
  • Lead and coordinate region-wide campaigns and initiatives

  • Ensure regional execution of global initiatives

  • Lead reporting on regional KPIs

  • Weekly Monday meetings with Regional GM, Int’l MD, Director of Int’l Mktg

  • Issue identification and escalation to team

  • Pushing development of all major acquisition and retention channels with respective leads: Performance, MGM, Local, CRM

  • Monthly Marketing Metrics for MBRs

  • Perf marketing reallocation

  • Cohort monitoring

  • Organic social performance

  • Identify, codify and promote best practices

  • Evaluate country teams strengths and weaknesses, identifying talent opportunities

  • Act at key lynch-pin between region’s country leads and product

  • Manage, resolve and if necessary escalate conflicts between local markets & central units (Design, Content, Performance)

  • Run regional offsites/workshops as necessary
