Job title: Head of Customer Operations

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the Customer Operations function day to day, overseeing daily operations and setting the agenda and priorities for improvements and where next
- Building processes that scale and account for not just volume but added complexities like additional brands and territories
- Manage, grow and develop the team from 4 today to at least triple that in the next year to support our rapidly growing customer base
- Being the point of escalation for day to day queries, compliance etc
- Manage 3rd parties like our claims handling partners and ensure our customers get a great experience from them as well

What they'll love:
- 6+ years of experience in Customer / Operational roles in tech scaleups or similar high growth environments
- Experience hiring and developing a team at pace
- Experience managing 3rd party relationships
- Experience with Zendesk (or other similar platforms)
- Great written and verbal communication and an eye for detail
- Analytical skills, comfortable using data to drive improvements and outputs
- Strategic thinker, able to build processes that scale and look around corners for the next big process or product improvement
